* Client may use the cover design as is, in any promotional capacity required, such as but not limited to bookmarks, banners,or posters.
* Client may not sublicense the work to third parties without artist's permission.
* Client agrees to contact the designer, Jessica Allain, if they wish to create merchandise for resale featuring the cover.
The Client Agrees to these terms by making payment for the artwork.
